He has a Masters in Biology and Education, is a graduate of the Pepperdine Executive Entrepreneur Program and is a specialist in HBDI, NVC and the psychology of performance & personal development. He is an authentic, dynamic and engaging facilitator who offers cutting edge technologies, inspiring stories and practical tools participants can implement immediately.

Michael Oden is an experienced and talented training and development specialist. His work includes assessing organizational and individual training needs, designing, developing and delivering performance based training programs. For the past 11 years Michael has been privileged to work with executives, management and staff at a diverse mix of organizations including: small businesses, nonprofit organizations and county and state departments including the Los Angeles Unified School District, Behavioral Health Services and Los Angeles County Probation Department. Michael has Bachelors Degree in Sociology form Holy Cross College in Worcester, MA. and is a certified trainer in The Herrmann Brain Dominance Model.
