William M. Stierle is the founder of Corporate Culture Development. He has extensive experience in developing and implementing new training programs for businesses and individuals to increase professional and personal effectiveness. He has a Masters in Biology and Education, is a graduate of the Pepperdine Executive Entrepreneur Program and is a specialist in HBDI, NVC and the psychology of performance & personal development. He is an authentic, dynamic and engaging facilitator who offers cutting edge technologies, inspiring stories and practical tools participants can implement immediately.
Michael Oden is an experienced and talented training and development specialist. His work includes assessing organizational and individual training needs, designing, developing and delivering performance based training programs. For the past 11 years Michael has been privileged to work with executives, management and staff at a diverse mix of organizations including: small businesses, nonprofit organizations and county and state departments including the Los Angeles Unified School District, Behavioral Health Services and Los Angeles County Probation Department. Michael has Bachelors Degree in Sociology form Holy Cross College in Worcester, MA. and is a certified trainer in The Herrmann Brain Dominance Model.
Suzanne Rock is an organizational consultant specializing in training and development. She brings years of professional and personal development experience as an entrepreneur and a professional coach to your organization. Her primary expertise is working with managers and non-supervisory employees in the areas of interpersonal skills and business effectiveness. She provides an excellent foundation for your staff and organization in various areas including: group dynamics, communication and organizational performance. She specializes in leading and facilitating teams, management development and is a certified trainer of HBDI, learning and thinking styles technology, and Nonviolent Communication Technique, NVC.
Harold Shapiro is the founder of the Collaborative Housing Group and Council as paired and integrated organizations to foster education, research and the implementation of programs and designs, which bring about and sustain strong vibrant communities. This process is equally applicable to enriching the community of residents within a building, a neighborhood, a district, or village. Throughout his career as an executive, consultant and facilitator he has applied these innovative problem-solving approaches to business, real estate and community issues.
